More Resources for Staying Safe Online 

Whether you are using an Apple device (iPhone, iPad, Apple watch) with an Apple ID or are using a Google account (Gmail, etc.), it is important to make sure your accounts are secure. If you forget your password or need extra support, try these resources.

Apple Resources 

  • Apple ID Support Page: Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access all Apple services and make all your devices work together. Get all kinds of Apple support through this link. 
  • How to Reset Your Apple ID password: Learn more about how to reset your Apple ID password and regain access to your account if you forgot your password. 
  • General Apple ID Security Information: Your Apple ID is the account that you use to sign in to Apple Services and includes your contact, payment, and security details. Read about important tips for keeping your Apple ID secure. 
  • Apple YouTube: Apple Support has an official YouTube channel, providing a range of Apple Product and Feature knowledge. Their video playlist has different tips and tricks on using Apple devices like iPhone, iPad, and Apple watches, and features of those devices.

General Safety Tips from Washington State 

Information on Password Protection from the Office of the Attorney General: Here, you’ll find tips from the Washington state government about ensuring your password and login name will be safe and how to prevent someone else from discovering and using them. The resource can also be found in Spanish.
